Rectangular, round, and square copper bar is offered in ETP copper within the power distribution market. Electrolytic tough pitch (ETP) copper is the most common type of copper available and most frequently used in electrical applications due to its conductivity, though additional copper shapes and sizes area available. ETP copper 110 has a wide range of applications based on its conductivity, corrosion resistance, workability, and aesthetic.
Rectangular copper bus is provided in various edge types: full round edge (FRE), radius edge, and square edge. Custom shape extrusions are also available while all products are available in a variety of finishes: bare, tinplate, silver flash, and silver plate. All copper products are produced to ASTM standards and are ROHS compliant.

Another frequently used material in the power distribution market is copper strip, which is most commonly requested in this industry as copper alloy 110. We do offer additional copper alloys which can all be processed to your exact specifications, including plating.
Copper strip in this market is most commonly used for connectors and transformer windings, which we can provide through our processing services. Additional processing that we provide is custom slitting in coils up to 36 inches wide, traverse winding, burr-free edge conditioning for transformers, and hard tooled production stamping for electrical connectors and terminals.
