Acrylite Sheet
There are two methods of manufacturing Acrylite acrylic sheets. AcryliteGP acrylic sheet is made by the traditional cell-cast method, AcryliteFF acry sheet is made by a proprietary continuously manufactured method, which was introduced in 1977. Acrylite acrylic sheet, regardless of how it is manufactured, shares the following dependable, high-quality characteristic that have made Acrylite acrylic sheet the leader in acrylic sheets.
Acrylite® FF is a continuously manufactured acrylic sheet. It is produced by an innovative process, resulting in a sheet offering the easy handling and processing of extruded sheet, along with the high optical characteristics and low stress levels expected of cast products.
Acrylite® GP is a cell-cast acrylic sheet made to exacting standards. It offers excellent optical characteristics, thickness tolerances, light stability, and low internal stress levels for consistent performance.
Acrylite® AR is a continuously manufactured acrylic sheet coated with 3M 906 abrasion resistant coating. It has excellent abrasion and chemical resistant properties with outstanding optical quality. technical specifications
Acrylite Plus® is a versatile, thermoplastic material developed for the retail display and glazing markets as well as other markets requiring strength, appearance and weatherability.
Now available in Satin Ice Colorless and White.
Also available A-99 Non-Glare acrylic sheet.
Acrylite® SG is a continuously manufactured, thermoplastic sheet product developed specifically for the sign market. It combines light weight and high optical quality with outstanding ease of fabrication and greater impact strength than standard acrylic sheet.
Now available in Green acrylic sheet.

Acrylite® GAR is a cell cast acrylic sheet that has been coated with 3M 906. This coating gives GAR excellent resistance to abrasion and chemicals while retaining excellent optical qualities inclduing high clarity. Additionally Acrylite® GAR is light weight, (about half the weight of glass) easy to fabricate, and far stronger than glass making it easy to ship as well. Acrylic GAR is up to 40 times more resistant to abrasion than uncoated acrylics making it an excellent choice for high traffic areas. technical specifications
Acrylite® OP–3 is an ultra-light material weighing about half an equal amount of glass, yet it is extremely durable and impact resistant. OP-3 also offers unmatched UV protection, filtering out 98% of damaging ultraviolet rays. This acrylic sheet material is ideal for protecting and displaying paper documents and other delicate items. Due to it's chemical and abrasion resistance, it is easily cleaned and maintained with normal household cleaners. technical specifications
Non-glare Acrylite® P–99 is a matte finish acrylic sheet, minimizing reflection for glare–free viewing. P-99 is specifically designed to minimize glare and allow for clear viewing from virtually any angle. Additionally, this material can be silk-screened or painted and it fabricates easily.
